Greatest Team on Turf

St. Louis, MO - The 1999 Rams (6-1) are tied for the best record in football with Kurt Warner leading
the way. The quarterback’s touchdown sneak with 2:20 remaining gave St. Louis a 27-24 lead. Then
the defense would seal the win with a London Fletcher interception. St. Louis now has two 4th
quarter comebacks this season.

Redskins win it the old fashioned way

Washington D.C. - Redskins quarterback Mark Rypien completed just THREE passes in their Monday
Night win against the Eagles. With that type of performance, it’s amazing Washington scored at all,
let alone a season-high 35 points. It took a dominant performance from both runningback
Earnest Byner and cornerback Darrell Green to win this one.
