No Name Defense picks off Kelly 3 times

Miami, FL - The 1990 Bills (1-3) racked up 424 yards and 14 first downs against the stifling Dolphins
defense. The problem is that Jim Kelly also threw three interceptions, including a back breaking
Mike Kolen interception with 24 seconds remaining. Meanwhile, Bob Griese was the winning
quarterback with an efficient 73% completion rate on 295 yards and 1 touchdown.

Terrell Davis tears up the Dallas defense

Denver, CO - In their second double-digit comeback of the season, the 1998 Broncos (3-1) scored
17 points in the 2nd half. Hall of Famer Terrell Davis keyed the comeback with touchdown runs of
61 yards and 76 yards. Davis averaged a blistering 15.5 yards per carry for the game. Despite the
win, head coach Mike Shanahan is receiving heat for the lack of attempts from his star tailback.

Green Bay avoids dreaded 0-4 start

Minneapolis, MN - The 1996 Packers (1-3) don’t quite look like themselves this season. The offense
ranks 25th in yards and 29th in points. But they might have found something late in their visit to
Minnesota this week. The offense broke through with a 68 yard touchdown from Brett Favre to
Antonio Freeman at the two minute warning. Then, Green Bay held on for the narrow victory, 13-12.
